Guest Teacher Olivia Marley takes a down to earth, modern and science-based approach to yoga. Expect clear, logical instructions that help break down seemingly complicated postures into manageable steps. You will learn to work with the anatomy and needs of your own body to help you get the most out of your practice. Olivia’s classes are light-hearted and open to all, while still being challenging and maintaining a strong focus on correct alignment of the body. She teaches vinyasa, traditional hatha and restorative classes across London, is a regular guest teacher at here at Casa Yoga and leads workshops and retreats across Europe and as far afield as the Caribbean. She has also contributed articles to popular online wellbeing publications Elephant Journal and Mind Body Green.
