Associazione Casa Yoga was founded in 2014 by Silvia Girardi, along with a group of qualified professionals, to promote personal growth through physical, artistic and philosophical practices to improve the quality of life and psycho-physical well-being of its members, in a secure and welcoming environment. In particular Casa Yoga promotes the study, practice and teaching of Yoga, the Performing and Visual Arts and all the cultural activities and services, which contribute to the enrichment of the inner being and the community, protecting the environment, enhancing the territory and contributing to the vitality of Milano. We encourage Green culture and practice through every-day sensible choices; we furthermore support environmentalist no-profit organizations and projects.
